We post every theft to help identify suspects and remind others that stealing here doesn’t end quietly, it ends with your face all over social media.

One bad decision, and you’re not just banned from our store, you're banned from the entire mall. Say goodbye to pretzels, perfume samples, and your social life at Spencer’s.

We Take Theft Serious!

Every single theft is reported, every single time. We work closely with mall security and the Vienna Police Department, and yes, we absolutely press charges, regardless of the item’s value.


We also share security footage on our Facebook page to help identify suspects and to make it crystal clear that stealing from our store will not go unnoticed. Our goal isn’t to embarrass anyone, it’s to protect our business, our vendors, our customers, and our community.
